MBABANE - Dumisa Gama was the winner of the ESRIC Monthly Mug Golf Competition. The monthly tournament, which is sponsored by Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation (ESRIC), was held at Mbabane Golf Course on Saturday. Dumisa won the tournament after carding a score of 72 net. The competition was fierce, with several talented golfers vying for the top prizes.
Countback
Thabiso Gama secured second place with a score of 73, thanks to a countback win over three other golfers who achieved the same score: Maghawe Motsa, Sibusiso Shongwe and Mxolisi Magagula, who finished third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Sam Richards took home the gross winner title with a score of 71. Moses Masilela won the longest drive award, while Zwelisha Dlamini, Dumisa and Thabiso won the nearest to the pin awards at 8/17, 9/18 and 2/11 holes, in that order.
