Our mobile app is designed to provide convenience at your fingertips by accessing your insurance policies, and other important account information directly from your cell phone or Tablet.

• Allows you to have a 360-degree view of all your ESRIC policies
• Enables you to have a view of a clear and concise summary of your policies
• Allows you to apply for a loan(s)
• Allows you to request premium quotations for Life and non-life products
• Allows you to notify and register your claim
• Allows you to make payments towards your premiums or loan via MTN MoMo

You can download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Simply search for the ESRIC App and follow the instructions to install it.

After downloading the App, you will be required to register by creating your username using your cell phone number or your email together with a Password.

• You full name and contact details
• The cell phone or Email used for registration will receive an OTP (One Time Pin) to verify if your provided details belong to you.
• Input the OTP to the space required in the verification field; when successfully verified, it will pop up a message indicating that your OTP has been successfully verified.
• After receiving the OTP (One Time Pin) you will be logged into your profile.
• o You will then be required to link your policies to your profile through your ID

• You will be required to enter your ID number and your Cell phone number that you registered when you opened your policies.
• An OTP will be sent to the cell phone number that was registered when you opened your policies. This is a security measure meant to protect your data.
• Input the OTP in the field where it says enter your OTP
• Your policies will be displayed on your profile

If you are unable to view your policies;

• Check if you have provided the cell phone number that you registered when you opened your policy. If it has changed contact us
• Check if you have provided the correct ID

Yes, you can make a payment via the MTN MoMo platform.

Click on the Pay icon or the policy displayed that you want to make a payment towards and choose Pay. Input required information. Choose the type of payment either towards a loan or policy premium

You click on the Get Loan icon and select the policy you want to apply from.

To apply for a loan you must have the ESRIC investment products, these are the only products that have the loan facilities. The policies must have been in existence for at least 2 years and not in arrears.

• Endowment with Cash Back
• Endowment with profits
• Lilunga Pure endowment
• Lilunga 5 year Lien
• Lilunga Asset Builder
• Lilunga Single Premium

No, the app is free to download. However, you will incur data charges from your mobile network provider for downloading and using the ESRIC app.

Yes, you can still download the app and explore its features. It will allow you to request quotations on products of interest and be able to request a call back should you require more information.

You will be able to reset your password in the event you forget it. Click forgot password on the ESRIC App and follow the steps.
